This is a Far West Nordic-sponsored program. We thank all our sponsors for their support and ask you to let them know when the opportunity arises. Thank you all for being part of the Sierra Ski Chase and congratulations for doing all the races, some were pretty challenging. The winners will find their names on the Trophy Ski at Auburn Ski Club. Also congratulation to all the raffle winners. Please acknowledge our sponsors, because without them it would only be half the fun. See you next season. 

This year we are modifying the participation rules. Last year there was a Turtle Brigade division for those participants who needed to ski a shorter course. This year, those who would feel more comfortable skiing a shorter course, if it is offered, may do so and still participate in the regular Ski Chase. They will not get age or scoring points but will get participation points, be eligible to receive the participation prize, and will be included in the raffle prize drawing which will take place at the Gold Rush Party at ASC.

For a participation prize this year we will be offering a choice of a Podiumwear hat or headband. These should be available at the end of February or a soon as participants complete their 5 races. I would appreciate any feedback in person or by email (julietbradley@usamedia.tv) as to your choice of prizes in the future. Those participants who would like to be updated by email, send me your email addresses (many of you already have).

Finally, those of you who have signed up but have not yet joined Far West, please do so as soon as possible so that you can continue to be included in the scoring. So far, this year, we have 110 skiers in the Sierra Ski Chase and I would like to thank the participants for supporting the series.
