CLINIC REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: MASTERS CLINIC REFUND POLICY: Individuals who sign up for a Far West Nordic masters clinic will receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance (please e-mail cancellation notice to info@farwestnordic.org as soon as you know you will not be able to attend). MASTERS CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY: Far West reserves the right to cancel any clinic or program in the event of insufficient sign ups, weather, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, individuals will be notified at the earliest possible date and will receive a full refund by check.
